Reformer Align

  • Beginner Level

  • New to Reformer Pilates? We've got you covered! This class introduces you to the fundamentals principles of Reformer Pilates. You'll build a strong foundation with a focus on breath, alignment, control & precision whilst creating a deeper connection to your body.

  • Align is suitable for all levels of fitness and can be modified for different needs and abilities including pregnancy. Align can help improve your posture, strength and mobility.

Reformer Glow

  • Intermediate Level

  • This is an invigorating full body conditioning experience that will leave you glowing from the inside out. Designed to sculpt, lengthen and fortify your muscles for a harmonious blend of movement and strength. Get ready to elevate your practice as you Glow through this Pilates repertoire cultivating flexibility, balance and endurance.

  • Glow is ideal for individuals who already have a foundational understanding of Reformer Pilates and are seeking to challenge themselves and achieve a new level of strength.

    It is recommended that you attend 4 – 6 Reformer Align classes before trying Glow.

Energetic Jumpboard

  • Open Level
